1. Introduction

1.1 By entering the “Fox $2.5K Prize Pool Giveaway” (the Prize Draw), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Prize Draw is organized by Solis, 2 Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Wānaka 9305, New Zealand (the Promoter).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

2.2 The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry is by email sign-up to the Fox Racing NZ newsletter via the competition form on foxracing.co.nz during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Promotion Period: from 12:00am NZDT 1 October 2025 to 11:59pm NZDT 31 October 2025.

3.3 No purchase necessary.

3.4 One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be void.

4. Prizes

4.1 Total Prize Pool: approx. NZ$2,500.

4.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

4.3 If any item is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with an item of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 Winners will be selected by random draw on or about 4 November 2025 at the Promoter’s address.

5.2 Winners will be notified within 48 hours via email (and/or phone if provided).

5.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw for that prize.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1 Prizes will be shipped within New Zealand at no cost to the winners, or collected if arranged with the Promoter.

6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once prizes are dispatched.

7. Publicity

7.1 By entering, winners agree to reasonable publicity (name, image, and likeness) for promotional purposes related to the Prize Draw without further compensation, where permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data is collected solely to administer the Prize Draw and, where consented, to send marketing communications.

8.2 By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from the Promoter. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in emails.

8.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to run the Prize Draw.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors or interruptions that affect entry or winner selection.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter may cancel, amend, or suspend the Prize Draw if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.2 These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
