1. Introduction

1.1 By entering the "Sign up, Shred in Style" Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Prize Draw is organized by Solis, located at 2 Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Wanaka, 9305, New Zealand ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of New Zealand aged 16 years or older. except for employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw.

2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter Prize Draw, participants must be 16 years of age or older.

3.2 The Prize Draw will begin on 12/06/25 and will close at midnight 20/07/25

3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

3.4 Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize(s)

4.1 There are two prize packs available to choose from:

4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner(s) will be selected by [random draw/other method] on July 23rd

5.2 The winner(s) will be notified by, e.g., email, phone, social media within 48 hours of the draw.

5.3 If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided at the time of entry, at no additional cost to the winner.

6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to the prize once it has been shipped.

7. Publicity

7.1 By entering the Prize Draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity associated with the Prize Draw, including the use of their name, image, and likeness in promotional material.

7.2 The winner agrees that their name and likeness may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Promoter will collect and process personal data provided by entrants solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.

8.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you consent to receive marketing emails and communications from the Promoter. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email.

8.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Prize Draw.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the participation in the Prize Draw or the acceptance or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or failures that may affect the entry process or the selection of the winner.

10. General Terms

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the "Sign up, Shred in Style" Prize Draw at any time if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
